Lloyd Instruments would like to introduce you to the Chatillon TCD range of force testers, especially designed for production, quality control and engineering applications.

These completely self-contained force testers can be used for tensile, compression, shear, friction, flexural and complex spring testing. They do not not require computers or proprietary software applications. Advanced, simple to use force testing setups are created graphically. They can also be used to measure heights based on a datum or absolute position.

Lloyd Instruments has a 40 year pedigree in materials testing equipment and accessories, and the three TCD machines provide a perfect entry to low-force testing:
* TCD110 (500 N, 110 lbf)
* TCD225 (1 kN, 225 lbf) and
* TCD1100 (5 kN, 1124 lbf)

All are characterised by an easy to use console, rugged frame and an intelligent load sensing system with measuring accuracies of better than 0.1% full scale.
